About

The John Ling Partnership is me, John Ling, and a network of senior managers who are highly respected in their own professions and who work together as a team to lead, transform and manage organisations.

Clients engage me in their business when they need to make a change, either a step change, quantum change or a total shift. The role I take depends on the skills already in the organisation.

  • Some organisations have everything they need...I help to make them work better together.
  • Some lack strategic leadership ....I develop and deliver that leadership
  • Some need to make a transition ...I work with them to make the transition in the smoothest way

Working as full-time, part-time or anything in between, I can advise, lead and deliver in the capacity required, engaging where relevant my senior management network for Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing, IT and Operations.
