Development

Development /noun / stage of growth or advancement

Sometimes, something is just not right and working inside an organisation and living it day to day can blinker your thinking. Yet to an outsider, it can become very clear very quickly what the issues are.

Development is a generic term for making improvements to the people and processes in an organisation. It’s about getting more from the resources that you already have.

Having worked with many organisations with differing cultures and management structures, I can identify where issues lie, create a practical development plan and implement it.

There are many different types of development programmes:

  • Board facilitation and strategy planning
  • Senior management training and coaching
  • Organisational change management
