Training

Training / noun / process of teaching or learning a skill

Knowing that you or your people need development is one thing. Pinning that down to specific proven interventions that add business value is another.

From a skills audit at a personal or organisational level based upon business need, through to the design of a fully supported training programme, I can help your team make a step change in performance.

I see training as one more tool to be used, and it works best when it is not bolted on as a stand-alone intervention. I ensure that training gets reinforced in everyday work situations by working with you to ensure that your systems and processes can support the positive training outcomes.

I can provide the core building blocks for areas such as sales, customer service, management development, and health and safety. I can deliver training at board level, senior management, department and individual levels.
